1. Data We Process

Easy Crypto Portfolio processes account or guest identifiers, sign-in profile information, portfolios and holdings, preferences, alert settings and subscription status to provide and sync your portfolio. Supporting services process this information; portfolio data is not limited to storage on your device. We also record usage and diagnostic information as described in section 3. Supabase supports authentication and cloud data services, RevenueCat supports subscription status, and the app stores handle purchases.

2. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely using Apple’s App Store infrastructure. We do not handle or store any payment information directly.

We use RevenueCat to help manage your subscription status.

3. Usage and Diagnostic Information

We record app usage events, technical telemetry and diagnostic information to understand how features are used, investigate failures and keep the service reliable. Depending on the event, this can include timestamps, account or guest identifiers, session and request identifiers, screens or routes, app and build versions, operating system, device model, language, time zone, network type, approximate country or privacy region, event-specific properties, and error codes, messages or stack traces. These records can be linked to an account or session; they are not described as anonymous data.

The app does not use non-exempt encryption.
